Information about Consultations:
Our fee for a telephone consultation of up to 45 minutes with attorney Nick Mermiges is $300.
We are frequently able to offer same day and next business day phone consultations.
The quickest way to schedule a phone consultation is to pay the $300 via credit, debit or e-check by clicking here and then contacting us via email (Nick@NDMLaw.com) or text (803-587-0472) with your name and availability for the call over the next four (4) days.
We also charge $600 for in-person consultations of up to 90 minutes. To schedule an in-person consultation, follow the same steps above (pay $600 via LawPay) and contact us with your availability. If we are not able to do a consult, your money will be promptly refunded.
While it is not required, we also recommend that you review our Consultation/Retention Information and complete our intake form, so that your consultation is as effective as possible.
